Please note that the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino is the official housing provider for the MTNA National Conference. MTNA has worked diligently with the hotel to establish a room block for attendees and exhibitors. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing providers is not approved by MTNA. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to MTNA.

Guests who prefer to phone in reservations, may call the Reservation Center at (888) 746-6955 to secure a reservation in the group block. The group block is listed as Music Teachers National Association or group code SRMTA5.

Please note that you may make reservations in the block at the group rate until 2/16/15. After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only.

To obtain the necessary amount of meeting, competition and exhibit space at the hotel, MTNA must commit to the minimum number of guest rooms at the official hotel. If that commitment is not met, MTNA could incur significant financial penalties and have difficulty obtaining sufficient space in the future. This can have a major impact on programs that MTNA is able to offer in the coming years. You can help the association avoid penalties by booking your reservation at the Rio.
