Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to MTNA and postmarked or e-mailed* no later than February 3, 2017. A $125 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds. Collegiate members will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Refunds will be issued after the event. *E-mails may be sent to mtnanet@mtna.org with Conference Refund Request in the subject line.
