Cancellation Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to MTNA and postmarked, faxed to (513) 421-2503 or e-mailed* no later than February 1, 2013. A $125 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds. Collegiate members will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Refunds will be issued after the event. *E-mails may be sent to mtnanet@mtna.org with Conference Refund Request in the subject line.

Amtrak

• Amtrak offers a 10 percent discount off the best available rail fare to Anaheim, California between March 6, 2013–March 16, 2013. To book your reservation call Amtrak at (800) 872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Conventions cannot be booked via Internet. Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X30L-954 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.
