Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to MTNA and postmarked or e-mailed* no later than February 3, 2016. A $125 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds. Collegiate members will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Refunds will be issued after the event.

Parking
The hotel offers self and valet parking in their underground garage. Rates include in/out privileges.
Please note, due to the limited height, they cannot accept any oversized vehicles, toppers or trailers.
Daily self-parking and overnight for MTNA attendees is $25. Overnight valet parking for hotel guests is $39. (Oversize truck valet is $45.)
The hotel also offers hourly self-parking starting at $10 and hourly valet parking starting at $20.
