Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to MTNA and postmarked, faxed to (513) 421-2503 or e-mailed* no later than February 3, 2014. A $125 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds. Collegiate members will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued after the event. *E-mails may be sent to mtnanet@mtna.org with Conference Refund Request in the subject line.
